Creating an Account
Create an account using a valid email address. Complete email verification when requested, then add your name, profile photo, and location.
Posting on MENVO
- Select Sell and choose the correct listing type.
- Add clear photographs, an accurate title, description, price, condition, and location.
- Review the information before publishing.
- Never post prohibited, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, or misleading content.
Managing Your Listings
Open Profile and select My Listings, My Vehicles, My Properties, My Services, My Jobs, or My Businesses. You can edit, deactivate, reactivate, mark eligible listings as sold, or delete them.
Buying and Contacting Sellers
Open a listing to review its information. Use MENVO Messages to ask questions and arrange a safe inspection or meeting.
Account and Password Help
Use Forgot Password on the login page if you cannot access your account. Check your spam folder if the reset or verification email does not arrive.
Reporting a Problem
For suspected fraud, prohibited content, harassment, an unsafe user, or a technical problem, email support@menvo.com. Include the listing link and screenshots when available.

Email support@menvo.com. Never send passwords, verification codes, complete card numbers, or banking credentials.
