We may automatically receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and diagnostic data.
If you permit location access, MENVO may process precise or approximate location information to show relevant content near you.
2. How We Use Information
- Create, authenticate, and manage MENVO accounts.
- Display listings and connect users through MENVO.
- Provide search, location, messaging, favorites, ratings, and marketplace features.
- Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, prohibited activity, and security incidents.
- Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Improve MENVO and comply with legal obligations.
3. How Information Is Shared
Information you publish, such as your profile name, photo, listings, ratings, city, and item details, may be visible to other users and the public.
We may share information with providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, storage, maps, analytics, email, and payments. They may process information only as necessary to provide their services.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the public, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer.
MENVO does not sell personal information for money.
4. Messages and Marketplace Activity
MENVO may store messages and marketplace activity to provide conversations, investigate reports, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and maintain transaction or reputation history.
Do not send passwords, financial credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through MENVO Messages.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide MENVO, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
Deleting an account may not immediately remove information retained for legitimate business, safety, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal purposes.
6. Your Choices and Rights
We may verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be exempt from access or deletion requirements.
- Review and update available profile information.
- Manage device permissions, including location and notifications.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information.
- Unsubscribe from optional promotional communications.
- Exercise privacy rights available under applicable law.
7. Security
MENVO uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your password and notifying MENVO if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Children’s Privacy
MENVO is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Users between 13 and 18 may use MENVO only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian and where permitted by law.
9. Third-Party Services
MENVO may link to or integrate third-party services. Their practices are governed by their own policies, and IROCA LLC is not responsible for those practices.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date.
