Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing MENVO, or using any MENVO service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MENVO.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to independently create an account and enter transactions through MENVO.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for your account activity and password security.
• You may not impersonate another person or create a deceptive account.

3. MENVO’s Role

MENVO helps users discover, advertise, communicate about, buy, sell, rent, hire, or offer items, vehicles, properties, services, jobs, and businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, IROCA LLC is not the buyer, seller, employer, landlord, agent, broker, service provider, transporter, or payment party in transactions between users.

Users are responsible for verifying listings, identities, ownership, condition, legality, pricing, licenses, qualifications, and transaction terms.

4. Listings and User Content

• Publish only content you own or are authorized to use.
• Listings must be accurate and may not be misleading, fraudulent, duplicated, or intentionally miscategorized.
• You remain responsible for your content and transactions.
• You grant IROCA LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote MENVO.
• Your content may not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, or fraudulently obtained goods.
• Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unlawfully offered regulated products.
• Human trafficking, sexual services, exploitation, hate content, threats, harassment, or violence.
• Fraudulent housing, employment, business, investment, financial, or service opportunities.
• Spam, phishing, malware, scraping, unauthorized automation, or attempts to bypass security.
• Requests for passwords, verification codes, banking credentials, or sensitive information.
• Any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

6. Transactions and Payments

Users determine price, payment method, delivery, pickup, inspection, refund, and other transaction terms unless MENVO expressly provides a separate paid service.

MENVO does not guarantee payment, product condition, delivery, title, ownership, employment, rental availability, service quality, or user conduct.

Fees for optional MENVO services will be disclosed before purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated, paid fees may be non-refundable.

7. Safety

Use reasonable caution when communicating or meeting with another user. Meet in a safe public location, inspect items before paying, verify documentation, and avoid advance payments to unknown parties.

MENVO cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, statements, or conduct of any user.

8. Moderation and Account Actions

IROCA LLC may investigate reports and remove, restrict, reject, or modify content. We may warn, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect MENVO, users, third parties, or legal compliance.

Relevant records may be preserved after suspension or termination where permitted or required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

MENVO’s name, logo, software, design, graphics, and platform content are owned by or licensed to IROCA LLC and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

MENVO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. IROCA LLC does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free service, listing accuracy, user reliability, transaction success, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IROCA LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, user conduct, or losses arising from transactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IROCA LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, transactions, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to MENVO or These Terms

We may update MENVO and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
